Account eligibility depends on local law in your region. You may open an account where local law permits and where you are of the age of majority as defined by your jurisdiction. We verify eligibility during the registration process.

If your account is suspended pending a review, your balance is ringfenced and not accessible to us. Once the review concludes, the balance is either returned to your UPI or Paytm source or released back to your account, depending on the outcome.
